Please update turn by turn list!

Downloading the version for North America gives me an icon that says Europe in it. It wont let me download any of my maps for North America.

It works well, you can improve on manual map browsing. Right now is not a pleasant experience. Thank you

Used to be excellent, complete garbage now!! I bought every single feature this app offers-what a waste of $$!!! I want a refund! The map updates NEVER add new streets. Ever. MANY streets that have been added well over 3 years ago are still not showing up in Canada, Toronto ON!! WHY?! To add insult to injury now updating new maps doesnt even work anymore it always reads "waiting". How could they ruin what used to be the best GPS app available? Wish I could get all the $ I invested back. You pay for fresh map updates & they never add new streets that have been built over 3 years ago. Thats just terrible!!! Scammers. Also app randomly just crashes while in use in my 128GB iPhone 6S Plus. Annoying.

Used this app succesfully on my ipad mini (with built in cell and gps). I mounted the ipad mini in a modified otterbox case on the handlebar of my harley touring motorcycle, and toured north america with the NA sw version and Europe with the European sw version. I had the ipad wired audio output plugged into my stereo and it played my tunes and interrupted for turn by turn directions and speed warnings. The ipad music control through the app was adequate. The gps and routing was accurate and got me everywhere i wanted to go (although the voice in Europe mixed up right and left turns until a recent update, the visual turn display was correct). It even verbally warned me when i was speeding, or coming up to a permanent red light/radar trap in both NA and Europe. The ipad mini display was large enough for seeing the app features while driving. The summer 2013 sw version couldnt calculate a route of more than a few hundred kms, but the recent sw version update seems to be able to calculate routes much better. I didnt expect to rely on this app when i started touring on my motorcycle, but cant imagine doing it again without this app. Newest Apple watch functionality in this app does not work for me cause apple watch cannot sync with the apple ipad (come on APPLE), just syncs with Iphone. I dont own an Iphone, so this is useless for me. All in all, a great app though.

Local search was EXCELLENT when they were using the Google Api. Now they’re using something called "HERE"… absolutely, unequivocally useless!!! FIX YOUR SHITTY SEARCH PLEASE!!!

Works fine, but I hardly use it anymore. I use Waze for its instant traffic updates and speed trap warnings. Update#5 Happy with the new concession! Update#4 If you go to Navigons Facebook page and look for their replies to the slew of questions about their apparent policy change, although you might find it to be as clear as mud, after all the digging you will indeed find that Navigon concurs that there will be NO more free updates. You will have to pay for any new updates. Changing policies to benefit yourself, halfway into the game, without your costumers prior knowledge, input or consent, makes the customer feel helpless. Some of us dont feel, or dont mind feeling, cheated, however some of us ,morons or not, do. And this is reflected by the only means we have to voice our concern and feeling: The star rating system. Update#3. After reading all the reviews I realize that I was NOT mistaken in thinking that map updates were supposed to be free when I initially purchased this app. I see this as a breach of contract. So although I like the new map very much, I am docking 4 stars for this unilateral change. And Navigon will NOT be getting another cent from me. So I suppose that I will have to erase this map at the time of their first map update, because it will become outdated. And I will be using the other GPS apps I own, which provide me with FREE updates. ( unless they start getting any bright ideas). Update #2 I downloaded all the maps. This app is SWEET! It actually looks and acts a lot like Garmin. The interface is smooth. This app now has a modern feel. It look like they took it out of the attic, dusted it out and totally revamped it. Im very pleased. And this coming from a GPS addict. (Im very directionally challenged). Update: Eat crow! I erased the app and re-downloaded it and at this moment I am downloading the maps I want. So I have to admit I was to hasty in my judgement. From one to four stars. Four for staying what it was Five if it proves to be better. I just downloaded the new version apprehensively, because when I had bought it, I was under the impression I would be getting free map updates. Anyway, like I said, I did update to the new version. All I get is "a connection to the Navigon server could not be established. Please restart the app". Did that about 10 times now. Keep getting the same message. Btw I am on wifi. The same wifi I used to update this app. Hopefully this will be fixed very soon. Fortunately I own TomTom and Garmin so that I am not without a GPS.

Would love to see a current location Traffic CAM feature that allows viewing traffic cam images (ex: beat the traffic app); would help those familiar with their region anticipate problem areas and reroute accordingly ... something not always possible using existing route planning tools.

works great. use it weekly but the last update has an issue. It keeps asking if I would like to add "my work" address similar to the "my home". I enter it in but it never saves it and keeps on asking me. I previously entered my work location as a regular favourite.

Despite having several other gps- based apps on this phone that all work fine, this app was unable to access the phones gps function. Restart and reinstall did not help. I contacted Navigon help and was told I would have to reset the phone and do a full reinstall of all apps (from backup). Ive not had to do this to my phone up to now, and I was not about to start as a way to try and fix this app when there are others I had that worked out of the box. I want a refund!!!!!!!

I tried it extensively in the US during three weeks driving in CA, NV and FL and I am satisfied. Besides when changing location (after a plane trip for instance) the recieved pinpoints the location quite quickly and it always brought us where we wanted to go. Reasons why I am not giving 5 stars: a couple of times the device got confused and lost its way in the city, it does not work very well under flyovers and similars as well (where other GPS standalone devices do have better performances), it is slow to elaborate the data which means that if you are on a freeway and you have a couple of intersections in rapid succession (such as exit right and immediatly exit left) sometimes the info comes too late. This said, I would definitely buy it again after trying. POI working well and very useful, some info is not very updated, two times I did not find anything in the spot where the device indicated a restaurant to be there, or a Starbucks.

I love this software, with the new Os4 and Iphone4 its perfect. Fast, stable, and precise. But...... The Panorama View 3d feature doesnt work on Iphone4. PLEASE FIX IT!! (and youll have a 5 stars review!)

I purchased the U.S. & Canada package since version 1.0. Now Canadas Map is not listed into 2.0 version. How to download it without pay again for it? Can you tell me where is it?

I have used Navigon NA for years, and purchased the entire suite of options as they have been made available. With this version, two serious breakages : (1) Traffic Alerts, a paid option, does not work, and (2) Turn by Turn listing does not work, returning only the eternally spinning hamster wheel. Please repair and issue an update ASAP! Looking forward to leaving you 5stars.

I was sceptical about getting this since I already own a Tom Tom. After I purchased it, I was not disappointed. The graphics are much better, and even anounces the route names if going on Numbered routes. Even shows what the exit signs on freeways should look like. This is much better then Tom Tom.

iPad Pro. Added destinations, and then try to load "my destinations" and you just get the spinning pinwheel forever on "loading destinations".

Best feature of this app is that it doesnt need a live internet connection which is great for cross country where signal is spotty. Destination input has natural address input but it doesnt search until you put the whole thing in, the old style address entry in reverse is super clunky and frustrating to use. Core navigation is pretty reliable and the maps are more up to date than Apple maps. Lane advice is usually pretty good too. REALLY needs a plugin to Plugshare so it has EV charging spots as POIs

My family and I have been using navigon for and long time and Im so disappointed with this app lately. The turn by turn is no longer working and sometime it wont even tell me when to turn! I really hope that these issues will get fix soon.

When I first bought this app it was an excellent app. It seemed to get me going in the right direction pretty much all the time. Then all of a sudden it started taking me places one direction and returning me a totally different direction. And now it literally told me to get off the highway at an exit and then told me to get right back on the highway after getting off the exit it said to get off on. And unfortunately after paying $70 for the app Ive had to rely on other navigations to get to places that I need to go.
