App did not work on my phone...

Despite having several other gps- based apps on this phone that all work fine, this app was unable to access the phones gps function.

Restart and reinstall did not help. I contacted Navigon help and was told I would have to reset the phone and do a full reinstall of all apps (from backup).

Ive not had to do this to my phone up to now, and I was not about to start as a way to try and fix this app when there are others I had that worked out of the box.

I want a refund!!!!!!!
