Used to be excellent, complete garbage now!!

I bought every single feature this app offers-what a waste of $$!!! I want a refund! The map updates NEVER add new streets. Ever. MANY streets that have been added well over 3 years ago are still not showing up in Canada, Toronto ON!! WHY?! To add insult to injury now updating new maps doesnt even work anymore it always reads "waiting". How could they ruin what used to be the best GPS app available? Wish I could get all the $ I invested back. You pay for fresh map updates & they never add new streets that have been built over 3 years ago. Thats just terrible!!! Scammers. Also app randomly just crashes while in use in my 128GB iPhone 6S Plus. Annoying.
