TURN BY TURN DOESNT WORK

After updating to the newest version, the turn by turn menu option does not load. The "Ajax" just keeps spinning. I brought this to the attention of garment, but nothing has been done. Please fix this immediately as this is one of the main reasons I use this app.
Prior to this glitch, I wouldve given it a five star rating but now I have to give it a three star especially in view of their failure to remedy the problem.
